After six years as a shareholder, Somfy Participations sold its 65% stake in Cotherm in 2012 as part of an LBO, in which Somfy Participations contributed 10% alongside Siparex and the directors of the company.
Edify sold its 10% stake in Cotherm on 12 January 2019.
